Shipping


Most of our orders will arrive within a 2 to 4 timeframe. We are proud to work with suppliers and artisans all around the world. This means that we can estimate shipping times, but cannot guarantee them.

Shipping times will vary depending on your location, the time of the year, and your local postal service. In some cases, it can take up to six weeks for your order to be delivered, depending on customs. 

Tracking information is available in most locations. However, we cannot promise an exact delivery date, as there are no guarantees made by the postal service due to possible delays in customs. We try our best to provide you with the above-mentioned information and make sure your products arrive safely. 

Once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled due to shipping times or misunderstandings of the terms. Once you receive your package and it matches the return policy terms, you may return your order. 

We are not responsible for orders that failed delivery attempt. Depending on your address, the courier service provider will leave it at either a parcel shop or depot. The depot is a building of the courier company, usually located in larger cities. Parcel shops are collection points for parcels which you can find anywhere, from supermarkets to copy shops. To find the nearest depot, simply check the website of the courier. Your parcel will remain at the depot or parcel shop for five working days. Be aware that after five working days, the parcel will be returned to the sender. Once the courier company returns the package, it is considered to be delivered to the customer and will not be compensated. It may also depend on the delivery address. For locations that are hard to reach, courier companies may only attempt delivery once. In this case, you will have to contact your local post office and try to schedule a second delivery date or pick it up at the post office. 

PRICES, CUSTOMS + FEES

Depending on your region, additional customs charges, fees, or taxes may be due upon delivery. Please note you are responsible for these fees and that they are not included at checkout at this time. 

Please note all prices are listed in CAD, and you will be charged in CAD. For an approximate estimation, please review the current exchange rate for your currency.
